We were delighted to see the attractive new sign for the Roseau City Center which was installed near the Highway Bridge. Congratulations and thanks are due to our city planner, mayor, council and everyone else who helped accomplish the task. While I'm on the subject of giving thanks let me express gratitude to ALL honest, hardworking public servants -- city, school district, county -- including those elected, appointed and ordinary hired employees -- for ALL their work year around. We often take their efforts for granted, but when we stop to think about what they do to make...
