Earlier this week, Mayor Jeff Pelowski provided an update on the Roseau Port of Entry and the proposed reduction of hours that are scheduled to go into effect on January 7, 2018.

"We got a letter last Friday, and it wasn't positive, " he said about the proposed Roseau Port of Entry's reduced hours.

Mayor Pelowski was down at a municipal conference in St. Cloud on Monday afternoon when he received a text from State Representative Dan Fabian asking if he was in his office in Roseau.

Fabian, upon learning that the mayor was in St. Cloud, texted back, "Call me, ASAP!"
