I read one time (I don’t know whether its changed or not), that more people are fired from their jobs for a lack of ability to get along with others than a lack of ability to do their job. Many marriages split up and churches divide for the same reason. In the denomination I’m a part of (Evangelical Covenant) our leaders tell us that Covenant churches seldom split or have people leave over doctrinal issues, but rather fusses between members.
