Tristan, Avery, Daniel N., and Owen wrestled in the JV tournament. Patrick was the lone varsity wrestler from Roseau. The brackets for the JV wrestlers varied from three to five man brackets. Submitted by Scott Mooney On Thursday, Tristian, Patrick, Avery, Owen, Daniel A., and Daniel N. wrestled at TRF. We competed against JV wrestlers from TRF, Fergus Falls, and United Clay Becker. Before competition we matched up the JV wrestlers with other wrestlers for a competitive match. One mat had the three varsity duals. At the same time a second mat had approximately 40 JV matches. Submitted by Scott Mooney Five guys from Roseau traveled to Mahnomen on Saturday for the Minnesota Ninth Grade and Under Wrestling League Region 8 Individual Tournament. This league is for 7th-9th grade only. Being younger the underclassmen are at a disadvantage when competing against the 10-12th grades.
