    Jed Kobernusz|Jan 6, 2018

Have you ever completed a FULL set of Pull-Ups before? If not, don't feel bad. I've created a new move and I call them crazy cool floor pull-ups. When doing a pull up you have to have more than just a strong back and arms. You need a strong core, strong hips and a strong mind. The science behind what we're doing today covers both mind AND body. Tabata training helps you with intensity and it provides guidance for the duration. The move itself, floor pull-up, will help you develop the strong core, hips, and mind. It literally feels like a...

    Jeff Olsen|Jan 6, 2018

Down in Florida last weekend, Tallahassee Slim, a local celebrity up here, touted Pakistani Pete, who runs a popular convenience store in Fort Myers where all these elderly Republicans with walkers spend the winter. If the temp drops to anywhere under 50 degrees, the old coots just about freak out. Slim is in the best physical shape of anyone in this gated community where, if they see a person of color, say a Somali, they immediately think like Sheldon Larson and wish they had an arsenal of...

To the Editor, Written by: Ray Vincent I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA). OFA is 30,000+ strong working to disrupt everything that our current president’s administration is trying to do. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it i...

Our frozen orange juice is getting frozen on the tree. Now that’s fresh! Yesterday morning Hettinger, North Dakota was officially the coldest place in the world. What more proof do we need? The...
