Meet the Two Winning Artists

Earlier this spring, a total of nine Roseau elementary students entered the 2016 Children's Art Contest sponsored by the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

The North American contest included elementary students from grades three through six in Canada and the U.S.

It was an outside the classroom project and open to all Roseau students in those grades.

Just nine students submitted their drawings, and two of them earned runner-up honors in their respective grades.

There was one grand prize winner, Gracie Hou, a fifth grader from Ann Arbor, Michigan, who won $500.
