I just finished mowing lawn up at my dad’s. What a difference fifty years makes! I used to mow it with a nineteen inch pushmower with a three and a half horse. Now I use a fifteen foot batwing with a hundred horse tractor on it. It definitely leaves a little time to go in the camp, relax a bit and maybe write a letter.

The crops around the country are looking as good as I can ever remember. When you watch them going into the ground it is obvious farming has progressed as much and probably much more than my lawnmowing. Huge equipment, GPS and technology in chemicals and plant breeding are...
