“Birds of Summer” is the theme for this year’s 13th District Horticultural Society’s Annual Horticultural Show, hosted by Northern Bloomers Garden Club and Nachur Garden Club. The show will be held at the Roseau School Commons in Roseau on Saturday, August 6th. Door will be open at 9 a.m. Coffee, juice and goodies will be served at 10 a.m. Entries must be made before and in place by 11:30 a.m. Judging will begin at 12:30 p.m.

This year categories for the arrangements are based on the birds we see every summer such as: “Bluebird,” “Cardinal,” and “Eagle.” Exhibitors please note that changes to the Premium List were sent out to club presidents after the Spring Workshop. Make sure to check with your club president if you don’t have this information.

Spectators may watch the judging in progress, but please remain quiet. The awards program follows the judging at approximately 3 p.m. Refreshments will be served at that time.
