Fair week was bustling with company and bringing exhibits to 4-H and open class. Hope Grafstrom will be bringing her “Grand Champion” mosaic top table to the State Fair from 4-H.

The Minnesota State Fair began in 1859 after four years of territorial fairs. The Roseau County Fair has been going on for 110 years. Now there are new rides and food stands - even Chinese!

Marianne Kristofferson and I enjoyed Oof-da Tacos on Thursday evening and like other fair goers, visited and looked at exhibits. The different breeds of chickens were interesting.
