Saving Money on Halloween (not so scary!)

Greetings! Our leaves are beginning to turn brilliant colors in Northwest Minnesota, a crisp breeze is in the air and that can mean only one thing - Halloween is right around the corner. The National Retail Federation estimates that consumers will spend 7.4 billion dollars on Halloween this year. The average American spends $77.00 on decorations, costumes, and candy.
