To the young man driving a white car with a brown stocking cap, driving west between Roseau and Badger on Wednesday morning Oct. 19 at 11:30. Do you know how close you were to killing three people; you, my wife and myself? I would say two to three seconds. Yes, two to three seconds because you were texting and driving. Think about it. You would have caused so much grief and sorrow because you had to text and drive. You drove completely over the center line into our lane because of the curve in the road.
