In reply to Gerry Reed’s letter to the editor in the Roseau Times Region dated April 29, 2017 (also in the Warroad Pioneer dated May 2, 2017) where Mr. Reed stated that the complaint Doran Horner made against Roger Falk was personal and trivial, not criminal. Mr. Reed also stated the testimony that Sheriff Steve Gust gave under oath was that the complaint was personal not criminal. Steve Gust also stated it was trivial in his testimony.
