On this 111th Anniversary of the Roseau County Fair, almost anyone you ask will say the best part of the fair is, hands down, the reunions and the memory makers. Local resident, Heather Sabourin may have put it best: "Getting to reunite with everyone who makes time to come back to Roseau for the fair! It's the only time a year where you can walk 2 feet and find someone you want to catch up with. It also can take up to two hours to get from the food stands to the Midway because you can't walk far without seeing someone to reminisce with!"
