On July 26, Gilbertson Field will be the site for the four-day Babe Ruth Midwest Regional Tournament with state champions from seven states, according to Todd Wensloff, the tournament director.

Each team will be playing one game a day until the semifinals and finals on Saturday.

"There will be three days of pool play - two pools of four teams," said Todd, explaining that the top two teams from each pool will advance to the semis and finals.
