Glenda Phillipe is Chair of the Roseau County Board of commissioners

Every Roseau County Commissioner gets the opportunity to serve as the chair of the Roseau County Board of Commissioners.

On Tuesday at 9:02 a.m., following the Pledge of Allegiance, Mark Foldesi, the outgoing chair, called for nominations for both the chair and the vice chair, which is an annual rotation that assures nobody gets left out.

Commissioner Glenda Phillipe, District 1, is the 2018 Chair of the Board while Commissioner Jack Swanson, District 2, is the Vice Chair.
