Have you ever completed a FULL set of Pull-Ups before? If not, don't feel bad. I've created a new move and I call them crazy cool floor pull-ups.

When doing a pull up you have to have more than just a strong back and arms. You need a strong core, strong hips and a strong mind.

The science behind what we're doing today covers both mind AND body. Tabata training helps you with intensity and it provides guidance for the duration.
