Martie Monsrud is MACO's Outstanding Member of the Year

The Minnesota Association of County Officers (MACO) named Martha (Martie) Monsrud, Roseau County Auditor, Outstanding Member of the Year, at the Annual MACO Conference held February 13-16 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Bloomington. Members of MACO in all 87 Minnesota counties submit names and vote on the Outstanding Member Of The Year Award.
