Leland Earl Dahlquist, 90

Roseau - Leland Earl Dahlquist passed away February 24, 2018, at the age of 90. He was born June 26, 1927, to Albert and Janette Dahlquist on their homestead in Golden Valley Township. He attended a one-room schoolhouse through 8th grade and received his GED in 1970.

Leland was united in marriage to Marilyn June Larson on June 4, 1952. They lived on the family farm until 1957, when they moved to the Iron Range. Leland took a job with Erie Mining Company. They also owned the first Polaris dealership in the area, Dahlquist Polaris Sales and Service.
