On April 9, 2013 Roseau County’s majority of commissioners decision was to accept Falk Farms gravel for the improvements of Co. Rd. # 13. Shortly after, three of those same County Commissioners, Glenda Phillipe, Jack Swanson, Todd Miller, as well as, two appointed personal Deputy Curt Hauger and County Engineer Brian Ketring created a white collar conspiracy against Commissioner Falk....Costing us taxpayers $18,000.00 dollars for their idiotic intentions. Commissioner Falk’s legal fees were $10,000.00 fighting these malice intentions. Five official office holders falsely zeroing...
