There is a treasure among us. From the 14th - 17th of March, 2018, I had the privilege and honor to chaperone and observe the Roseau Pep Band. All the members, comprising almost 80 students, were exceptionally courteous, extremely well mannered and attentive at all times to the many facilities visited and employees encountered.
