Williston, N.D. - Neil Irvin Friesner, of Williston, North Dakota, formerly of Roosevelt, passed away on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at the age of 80 in Williston, North Dakota at 12:41 pm, surrounded by family.

Neil was born April 14, 1938 in Rockwell City, Iowa to Beulah (Niles) and Archie Friesner. His family moved to Northern Minnesota when he was 1 year old and made their home in Roosevelt, Lake Of The Woods County.
