Crookston Girls win Oakcrest Golf Outing

On Friday, May 18, the Lady Rams were hosts for the Roseau Invitational at Oakcrest Golf Course in weather more suited for duck hunting. The high was 43 and there were periods of rain.

"It was a cold, miserable day," said coach Don Johnson, whose Lady Rams took runner-up honors to Crookston, which ran away with the team title.

The Pirates shot 354 and were followed by Roseau (388), East Grand Forks (389), Bemidji JV (405), and Thief River Falls (425).
