It was a great two days of Track & Field down in St. Paul at Hamline. The weather was able to cooperate and athletes were able to compete at a high level. Freshman Sophie Helgeson and Junior Jacob Lindeman were the two athletes representing Roseau and both did great. In the discus Jacob Lindeman ended up with his best throw of the day being 133-0, marking a new personal best down in Hamline, beating his throw of last season at the state.
