Sandra Lee (Hinshaw) Otto was born on January 18, 1941 in Minneapolis, to Stacy and Caroline (Keller) Hinshaw. Prior to her senior year in high school, a friend brought Sandy to a summer conference at Bethany Fellowship where she met her future husband, Richard Otto, in 1958.
