Board Approves a cut in Emergency Manager's hours

 


At the Roseau County Board meeting on Tuesday morning, the Roseau County Commissioners approved Roseau County Emergency Manager Sue Grafstrom's request to reduce her hours from 32 hours to 20 hours per week.

Grafstrom, who has undergone extensive training for the Emergency Manager position over the last 15 months, did not face much opposition from the board members.

Commissioner Jack Swanson noted prior to Tuesday's board meeting that emergency managers are required to have a series of trainings and a series of certifications.
