Roseau - Kenneth Oscar Hammer passed away on July 5, 2018 at the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, N.D. at the age of 83.

Kenneth was born on October 24, 1934 in rural Beaver Township of Roseau County, Minnesota to Anna (Schires) and Bennie Hammer. He attended the country school in Beaver Township and started working as a young boy. He worked in North Dakota for a short time and moved back to Roseau County to take care of his parents.
