Her job is preparing for the next disaster!

Sue Grafstrom sat in her small office at the Roseau County Courthouse a week ago where she is one of 87 Homeland Security and Emergency Management directors in the state - one for each county in Minnesota.

Grafstrom won't have to worry about a Hurricane Katrina or a Mount St. Helens happening here.

Nonetheless, Sue is a quick study on what could possibly go wrong.
