As head coach of the Roseau Legion Post #24 baseball team I felt obligated to address some of the issues that were covered in last week’s issue. The prior “letter to the editor” highlighted a lack of sportsmanship on behalf of a few baseball players and a lack of follow-through from the coaching staff. Hopefully this will give readers a better understanding of what went on, how things were handled, and where we go from here.
