GRANT FUNDS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE LifeCare Health Care Fund

The LifeCare Health Care Fund is calling for funding proposals for programs, projects and services that support local health care. The desired outcome for these grants is to enhance or improve the quality of health for the residents and visitors of the LifeCare Medical Center service area.

Grant requests for a variety of projects will be considered from qualified nonprofit organizations in LifeCare Medical Center’s service area. Proposals must address a health related project or program. Grant funds are available in the following categories:
