Anthony Joseph Ray Garcia, 23, appeared Tuesday in Roseau County District Court on two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct-one in the first degree and the other a second-degree charge-after a child who is less than 10 years old said he inappropriately touched her multiple times, according to court documents.

Garcia would come into the child's room while she slept, beginning when she was 6 years old, according to court documents.

The child could not say exactly when the alleged acts took place, but said they happened "maybe 10 times," court documents said.
