A belated "thank you" for meeting with me and my staff earlier this month. We appreciate your providing us the time at a regular board meeting, and for the opportunity to identify and discuss issues of mutual concern.

I believe we've now met each year since Gov. Mark Dayton was elected, and we have recalled one of the first things he did was put me on a plane to visit the board and work to improve relationships. At least as far as I'm concerned, we've made great headway in that endeavor, and I want to thank you for that.
