DeAnn Anderson, of Roseau, had a lucky three winning streak. Her husband is Ward, Chief of Police for the Roseau Police Department. She has two children Nick and Morgan.

DeAnn attended two different events and registered in the Roseau Civic and Commerce Holiday Fantasy Promotion and won three times at each of them.

She first attended a benefit and won three times in their drawings.
