Roseau Superintendent Larry Guggisberg tenders his resignation

At the Roseau School Board meeting on Monday evening, Larry Guggisberg, the long-serving school superintendent, informed the board members that he will retire this summer.

He noted that his resignation shouldn't be a surprise - possibly, only the timing of it.

Ever since assuming the position as the RHS assistant principal in the summer of 1988, he has been a mainstay in the school, even transferring to the Roseau Elementary School to serve as the principal.
