Walz Challenges Line 3 Pipeline Replacement

Last week, Governor Walz chose to continue challenging the Line 3 pipeline replacement – a badly needed project to replace an aging pipeline that runs across northern Minnesota.

The project is critically important for several reasons. Line 3 would be the largest private infrastructure investment in Minnesota history. It would inject billions into Minnesota's economy, boost property tax revenue for counties, townships, and schools, create thousands of good-paying jobs for laborers, take oil traffic off our railroads, and stimulate local economies.
