Warroad City Cop Charged With Three Felonies

On Monday, April 1, 2019, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) arrested and booked Joshua Matthew Demmerly at the Roseau County Detention Center.

At 10:42 a.m. on Wednesday, Mr. Demmerly, 29, was led into Courtroom Two at the Roseau County Courthouse to face charges that while serving as a Warroad city cop, he had committed numerous felonies.

Judge Tamara Yon addressed Mr. Demmerly about the updated criminal charges that were filed on April 3 in the Ninth Judicial District Court.
