A lot of our birds of Spring are back. By how fast the geese in particular manage to have little ones, they must start nesting as soon as their feet hit the ground. Between hunting getting to be a rich mans game and way too many rules, their sheer numbers will get to be a problem. With very little grain laying in swathes with almost everything straight combined they don’t have the opportunity for destruction they had forty or so years ago.
