The water's still flowing under the bridge

For the small town of Roseau, which has seen its share of floods over the years, the most recent being the disastrous flood of June 2002 - and even a few years after that as dedicated sandbag brigades staved off the flood waters - Johnny Cash's hit song, Five Feet High and Rising doesn't inspire anyone to break out into a song and dance.

They remember!

Some even got around by boat, which was captured in the Cash lyrics:

We can make it to the road in a homemade boat

That's the only thing we got left that'll float

It's already over the wheat and the oats

Two feet high and rising...
