LifeCare provides classes for mental health first aid training

LifeCare Medical Center identified mental health issues as one of the top areas of concern for Roseau County on their last Community Health Needs Assessment.

They are wanting to raise awareness of mental health issues and educate the public on the risk factors and warning signs of those in a mental health crisis. LifeCare has offered Mental Health First Aid courses over the past few years as a way of helping to achieve their goals and will be holding another class on Monday, May 29 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau.
