Mayor Jeff Pelowski remembers previous trips to Washington, D.C., and how he thought a meeting had gone well but then it hadn't.

His latest meeting on Wednesday, April 10, involved a contingent of petitioners that included Roseau City Planner Todd Peterson, Lancaster City Councilman Luke Nordin, Lancaster businessman Randy Nordin as well as other dignitaries with considerable political clout - Canadian Member of Parliament Ted Falk, U.S Representative Collin Peterson, and Ellen McCarthy, a Polaris official.
