LaPorte, Indiana - Dean L. Davidson, 82, of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 18, 2019.

 He was born January 15, 1937 in Wannaska, to Martin and Irene (Palm) Davidson. Dean served in the Army for three years, before starting at Firestone in Des Moines, Iowa in 1964, where he was a maint. supervisor until 1985. He was then a carpenter at El Toro Marine Base in Tustin, Calif. until 1999, before moving to LaPorte, Ind. to be closer to family.
