AIL, Adventures In Leadership, is an annual retreat the Covenant Church in Roseau sends two youth members to. I was one of the two chosen to go in the summer of 2017. The experience changed my life. When I was asked to go, I wondered why I had been chosen. I didn't think of myself as a leader or as someone who would be good at leading, but I said yes.
