Don't tell the board members it's only money

It would have helped to be a lip reader at the Roseau County Board Meeting on Tuesday morning. While they do have individual microphones, they didn't seem in use.

If you strained to hear, you heard Chairman Jack Swanson breaking out the bad news early in the meeting when he mentioned a ballpark figure of $75,000 that Roseau County, along with several other counties in northwest Minnesota, must pay to the State Auditor's Office because of a second audit for 2015.
