They Fly High After Veterans Honor Flight

For two gentlemen who entered the military at the tail end of World War II, it was a trip of a lifetime.
Last Sunday, Roseau's Bob Foley and Strathcona's Chrest Hamness flew out of Fargo to Washington, D.C.
Each veteran had an escort - in this case Bob Foley's son, Robert, and Chrest's son, Chris.
This past Tuesday morning, Robert Foley, Jr. recalled the welcome they received on their return flight to Fargo on Monday evening.
It was 9 p.m. and the local Salvation Army Band had been there to greet them upon their arrival.
