Fishing on Lake of the Woods seems to always be good around Memorial Day. This year is no exception. We buy a license so we can enjoy the privilege of the great sport of fishing. Even with said license we are still a guest of the State of Minnesota when on the water. when a guest on land or water whether on private, state or federal property you follow their rules even if you don’t like or agree with all of them.
