Rogers - Joel Roger Budd, age 77 of Rogers, passed away on May 23rd, 2019.

Survived by daughter, Angela (Derek); son, James (Andrea); grandchildren, Alex and Bella; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral service was on Tuesday, May 28th at 7 p.m. with visitation starting at 5:30 p.m. at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main St, Elk River.

Family burial will take place in his hometown of Roseau on Thursday, May 30th.
