Remembering the Legends from Skime Country

It isn't a town; it's an experience. There's just one stop and go joint with gas and beer and bread and other sundries.

They're dead now, these Skime legends, any number of interesting blokes who both shocked and titillated society dames, schoolmarms, Baptists in general, city slickers, and the dutiful chaps who went right home after work because they were ordered to.

They were free spirits and generally quite fond of the spirits, especially strongly fermented ones.
