WRITE ON: Just Another Day on the Lake.

Saturday, December twenty-second, two thousand and eighteen. We had just arrived at our family Christmas, three days early so that we could all be there to celebrate. My cousin and I decided to take the ranger out and go spearfishing to waste some of our time, rather than sitting around waiting to be able to open presents. Spearing, is another type of ice fishing where you throw a long, sharp, metal rod at the fish instead of using a typical fishing rod. We chose a spot to fish, on the Canadian border on Lake of the Woods. We then cut a hole in the ice...
