The 16th Annual Yellow Rose 5K and 10K race organized by Marvin was held Saturday, August 10.

With 359 registered participants and 275 finishing the race, a total of $4,870 was raised for HELPP (Help Ease Local People's Pain), which is an organization in Warroad that assists local people undergoing difficult circumstances that cause financial burdens. The help they provide comes in the form of gas cards, certificates for food, and other types of support for those experiencing emergency financial hardships from medical, fire, flood, tornado and other hardships.
