Badger Man Injured After Car Hits Cow

A Badger man was injured Tuesday Aug. 20th after his car struck a cow east of Greenbush.
Gary Lynn Habiger, 51, suffered minor injuries, according to the Minnesota State Patrol report.
At the time of the accident, Habiger was driving a 2002 Honda Accord eastbound on Highway 11 in Skagen Township. According to the report, his car then struck a cow walking across the driving lane at about 11:02 p.m. Aug 20. Habiger was wearing a seat belt.
Besides the State Patrol, Greenbush Ambulance responded to the scene.
