Just moments into Gary Slater's opening comments to the Roseau County Commissioners on Tuesday - "I have some questions regarding the Roseau County Board trying to steal land from June Magnusson" - during the public comment portion, which is limited to five minutes total, Roseau County Attorney Kristy Kjos remarked:
